The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please provide the structural calculations used in the design of this project, dated, signed and sealed by an Arizona licensed registrant. Reference: Section 107.1, IBC 2018 and Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. 2. It would appear the ballast system proposed on the plans will not work on the sloped tile roof. Please amend the plans as necessary.
