This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Vehicle Rental and Sales is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.9.G.1& .2. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building permit for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0624-00174 and the following comments need to be addressed. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this plan. 2. Based on the dimensions provided on sheet A-1, 45’-0” x 17’-6” the proposed square footage is 787.5 SF., the DP shows 756 SF. The Plans need to match.
