Previous Comment (1st Review): Sheet AS1.00 does not match what is shown on the approved development package (DP) TD-DEV-0223-00128. Also, the square footage of the proposed exterior patio, 906 SF does not match what is shown on the DP, 335 SF. The plans are required to match. Either revise the approved DP or modify the building plans. **Follow-Up to Previous Comment: This comment still stands. 02. Comment: Ensure that the number of parking spaces provided complies with the approved Individual Parking Plan (IPP) (TD-DEV-0223-00128).
