This site is located in the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20).

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: Please clarify the discrepancy with the dimensioned parking spaces. The enlarged partial site plan calls out the parking space as 8’x18’ while Graphic Detail 1 dimensions the parking space as 8’ 5”.
2. Comment: The proposed pedestrian circulation path cannot be located behind the parking spaces as shown on your plans. Please relocate this path to the open area between the parking spaces. Also, please dimension the PAAL located on both the East and West sides of the new parking spaces. As your plans show parking and site improvements, a minor development package might be required based on the proposed design in your next submittal.
3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming depending on responses to zoning review comments and plans submitted.
