NEW COMMENTS FROM THIS REVIEW 10/24/2025 *** We will need an Arizona licensed Architect and the complete set of structural calculations to move forward with this review. IBC 107.2.1 & IBC 107.2.7*** I have copied the last comments below, as most were not met. PREVIOUS COMMENTS RESTATED 1.Please provide a cover sheet to include, Code Analysis should also be present detailing the type of construction, occupancy classification(s), occupancy loads, exiting requirements, fire sprinklers and fire alarms. Cover sheet must include a legend of symbols and abbreviations used throughout the plan set. Please provide complete set of plans to include a fully dimensioned architectural/civil site plan (not an aerial photograph) showing project address including suite numbers and legal description. Show all easements with dimensions, lot area, north arrow, and scale. B. Show the location of all property lines, structure to property line setback dimensions (existing and proposed). C. Show proposed and existing utility meters, public sewer connections, sump pumps, back flow devices, grease interceptors and fire hydrant locations and the type and size of all underground utility lines. D. Please provide street names for all adjacent streets, a fully dimensioned parking plan including tabulation of existing, proposed and required parking spaces. E. Locations of all buildings/structures on adjacent property within 10 feet of property line, including location. F. Provide dimensions of all walkways and driveways related to ADA considerations. G. Submitted plans must follow the approved entitlements for the project and any conditions of approval. 3. Please include the following Architectural Drawings A. Floor Plan to include, A fully dimensioned floor plan including room and/or suite numbers, showing all walls, structural elements, proposed fire-resistant construction including details, and a complete and clear means of egress plan for each floor. B. Building and Wall Sections to include all heights, materials of construction, non-related and fire-rated assemblies, and fire rated penetrations. C.
