-Consider using the IEBC to determine level of alteration and whether or not fire protection systems will be required.
-Your listed square footage presents a problem. 5000 is the threshold for fire sprinklers now and in the past when the original CofO was issued. The previous CofO you provided has a square footage under 5k. Your current analysis shows a square footage over 5k.
