The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please amend the plans to include an Arizona licensed registrant’s seal on each sheet on the drawings to comply with Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration states that in addition to signing the seal, the registrant shall include the date the document was sealed. IBC 107.2.1 2. Please amend the plans so the construction drawings (Sheet A2.1) show the same detailed information as the key plan (page 5) in the structural calculations. IBC 107.2.1 Possibly the markups did not carry over to the construction drawings 3. Please amend the plans to include connection details and a fastening schedule. IBC 107.2.1 4. Please amend the plans to include architectural drawings and detailed drawings of the roof covering to be installed. Showing, roof sheathing type and thickness, underlayment, roof covering materials, fasteners, flashings, penetrations, etc. IBC 107.2.1 5. If the building has sprinklers, a separate permit is required for modification. -Correct the IFC code year on sheet T1.0. COT/TFD have adopted the 2024 IFC with amendments.
