The racking can be treated as a deferred submittal as nonfixed and movable fixtures, cases, racks, counters and partitions over 5 feet 9 inches in height require a permit. Racking less than 8 feet: For racking more than 5’-9” but less than 8 feet in height, stamped structural plans are not required. Instead, submit the manufacturer’s installation details and specifications. Show new Panels and other new equipment with AIC ratings greater than or equal to the Available Fault Currents calculated, 2017 NEC 110.10.
