Please submit your revised documents and provide a letter with a written response letter addressing each of the comments indicating how the Plan Review comments were resolved. Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. 1. Please Provide plans sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304 2. Please amend the plans to show the area of damage on the site plan or floor plan. IBC 107.2.1 For example, the area could be clouded and named. 3. Plans should indicate the scope of the damage and the required repairs to the damaged areas into code compliance. IBC 107.2.1 For example, like for like repair of sheetrock. Additionally, indicate on the plans if any other items have been damaged, such as framing electrical, plumbing, mechanical. If not damaged, please note on the plans no damage to these areas. If damaged, indicate the repair required and the method used for the repair. Like for Like or specify the replacement. 4. Plans should indicate the governing Building Codes applicable to this repair.
