Automotive Major Service and Repair, excluding bodywork or paint-booths is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.13.Q 1. Until DP TD-DEV-0825-00211 is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve this C of O. 2. Zoning acknowledges that you now show the use as “Auto Repair Garage”. Auto Repair Garage is not a use as defined in the UDC and should be listed as “Automotive Major Service and Repair. But per UDC Table 4.8-5 Automotive Major Service and Repair does not allow bodywork or paint-booths for an Automotive Major Service and Repair use. An option would be to use the use of Trade Service and Repair: Major subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.X.1 and 4.9.13.Q.
