I was doing my restamp and I noticed plumbing issues. a. The mop sink is not connected to the grease interceptor. This should be connected to the grease interceptor. b. The Prep Area should have a floor sink. Please consider installing a floor sink, food items such as fried items will fall on the floor, spilled oily liquids will accidentally fall, the floor will be cleaned and oily liquid will be squeegeed to the floor drain.... please consider connecting it to the grease interceptor. 2. Please resubmit. |
