06/28/2024 PDSD Application Completeness Express REQUIRES RESUBMIT JPG's are not accessible in our system. There are 2 steps for fire damaged structure. First, there has to be an inspection done of the fire damage (can be done by our inspector), at that time if the inspector determines that the power can be turned on safely he/she will make that determination at the site and he/she also generate a report. Second, the applicant submits a set of drawings illustrating everything they are doing to correspond to the inspector report as the fixes to all of the damages and apply for a building permit.
They can also hire a registrant licensed in Arizona where he/she can do both the inspection report and drawings regarding the fixes and submit for a building permit.
