If these items are in full compliance with the current code, provide a statement indicating this on the cover sheet of the drawings. Otherwise, accessibility upgrades shall be required in accordance with IEBC.305.7. 1. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs.
(A) Alterations made to provide an accessible path of travel to the altered area
will be deemed disproportionate to the overall alteration when the cost
exceeds 20% of the cost of the alteration to the primary function area.

102.5 Change of use. Whenever the use of any existing building, structure, or premises is changed to a new use, all outdoor lighting shall be reviewed and brought into compliance with this code before the new use commences.
1. Per section 102.5 of the 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code (OLC), this parcel is required to be in complete compliance with the OLC for exterior lighting. Provide site lighting plans with all the information required per chapter 104 of the OLC.
