This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Multifamily is a permitted uses in this zone (Table 4.8-4).

1. This comment was not addressed. The porch shown on the west side of this duplex was not shown on development package TD-DEV-1023-00437. Either the porch will need to be removed from the duplex or the DP will need to be revised showing the porch and that all development standards such as perimeter yard setbacks are met.
