OCPD for copper conductor may not exceed 15A for #14, 20A for #12 or 30A for #10 rating required by NEC 240.4(D)(small conductors), For larger than #10AWG, see NEC Table 310.15(B)(16). The conductor for the mini-split is undersized given the 20A breaker. (circuit 1,3). 5. Note on the plans that the conductors for the Range(2,4), Water Heater(6,8) and Exhaust/Heater(13), shall be sized per NEC 240.4(D) for small conductors or the manufacturer for larger conductors.
