Please complete the code analysis. 2. For proper inspection to occur, Identify what is to remain existing as well as new work being performed during this transition as well as any work that occurred between the last permit and today. 3. Accessible units Type A and Type B required, also comply to Chapter 11 of ICC ANSI A117.1 and IEBC 305.8.6 accessible units requirement pointing to IBC 1107. IBC 1107 & Table 1107.6.1.1. Label the units whether they are unit A type or B type. 4. Building A must have its own separate building permit. (TC-COM-0624-01148 can be used) 5. Building B must have its own building permit. 6. Building C must have its own building permit. 7. Building D must have its own building permit. 8. Storage Buildings E, F, G can be in another separate building permit. (Please complete the floor plan, add the fenestrations such as doors, etc.) Please indicate what are being stored in these storage buildings, are they flammable or anything that may cause a dangerous situation. Provide fire rated walls where required where structure is adjacent to another use/space/structure. 9. Please resubmit. |
