COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the unapproved development package (TD-DEV-0424-00140) and found that the building plans are consistent with the unapproved development package as it relates to the zoning requirements (location, building footprint). Until the DP is approved by all reviewers Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. COMMENT: The total building area listed on the Architectural Site Plan, 101,653 does not match the square footage listed within the footprint and utilized in the calculations, 100,974, on the DP. The square footage shall match. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any updates made to the building plans or the development package does not affect zoning requirements.
