Bass Pro
1500 E Tucson Marketplace Bl
TRANSMITTAL DATE:‎ October 30, 2025 (3rd Revision)

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: See Site Landscape/NPPO Review Section Comments:

“1. This building permit (TC-COM-0624-01147) indicates the removal of two trees (Palo Verde) near the new sign location. Update the Development Package to include a revision cloud and delta for updates to tree and other plant quantities within the plant table located on sheet L3.2. Can the two Palo Verde be placed somewhere else on site?” Also, update the irrigation plans on the Development Package to reflect this planting design change.”

2. Comment: As changes are being made to the site a revision to the Development Package (DP), TD-DEV-0424-00140, will be required.

3. Comment: Additionally, signs require a separate sign permit application. This is a separate permit process from the Building Permit.
