This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Building Code (IBC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). General: 1. Each separately metered system will require an individual permit. You will need two separate permits for Building 2 and Building 3 systems. These permits can share the same master Plan-set: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/submitting-for-multiple-permits-on-one-plan-set.pdf 2. This permit (TC-COM-0624-01142) can cover Building 1. 3. You will need to file a Change of address request in order to show the correct address and building number on the permit. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/withdraws-and-extensions.pdf. On step #5, apply for change of address. Provide the complete address, and the building number to be added to the permit. 4. Resubmit updated plans to show the correct address and building numbers for each meter. Plan-Review (Electrical): 5. The provided plans are not fully legible. There are extra characters printed over all the plan text making it difficult to impossible to read. Please submit a plan-set that is fully legible.
