1. Provide site lighting plans with the following information on the plans;
(a) Provide a complete luminaire schedule.
(b) Full compliance with sections 104.2.1(1), (2), (3).

3 402.1 (light source color temperature requirements, 3500K), shielding requirements, etc .
4 Provide calculations for total lumens allowed and total lumens proposed per acre for Full Cut Off and Unshielded per table 401.1.Must include existing to remain lighting.
5 Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.
6 Specify any exceptions used.
7 Provide Curfew lighting controls If applicable Per section 403.
8 Provide complete compliance with the 2018 IECC for the interior and exterior lighting where applicable.
Do not confuse the Outdoor Lighting Code with the IECC.

07/02/2024 Commercial Mechanical REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Clarify keynote #1 on M-101 which calls for the existing rooftop units to be rebalanced per the schedules on sheet M-601. There is no balancing information on sheet M-601 but the exhaust flowrate from the suite has been increased. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018 and Section 501.4, IMC 2018.
2. The grilles for the existing exhaust fan have been relocated. Provide the balancing information for these grilles. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2018.
07/02/2024 Commercial Plumbing REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. The developed length of the hot water supply piping appears to be greater than fifty feet; provide a method for maintaining the temperature of the hot water supply system. Reference: Section 607.2, IPC 2018 and C404.5, IECC 2018.
2. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018 (e.g., 24” for ½” piping).

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). food service is a permitted use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P.

1. COMMENT: It appears that the patio railing is being reconfigured/expanded. Provide a copy of approved development package (DP) plans for this change. A new DP maybe required.

2. The proposed MOP parking signs appear to encroach into the 18’ required parking space depth. Clearly demonstrate that the 18’ is maintained.
