The previous electrical review comments are not completely addressed. 1. Previous electrical review comment #1 and part of #2 are not addressed clearly. 1a. For clarity identify all service equipment and correlate with complete Panel schedules for all panels. 1b. There are seven electrical service meters shown in the electrical line diagram, some associated with what appears to be service disconnect switches feeding unknown equipment. Besides identifying all equipment, show its association with this project. 1c. Show the locations of all electrical service and downstream equipment on the site electrical, power and lighting floorplans. 1d. Identify what is existing and what is new or relocated on all electrical plans. 2. Per the previous electrical plan review comment #2, 4th sentence, ”This facility also qualifies as a hazardous facility per NEC art 511 (and also 516). Please provide complete sealed electrical plans. Electrical design and calculations performed by an Arizona registered Electrical Engineer who has demonstrated proficiency through registration, education, technical knowledge, or experience to perform such work. Reference: 2018 IBC section 107, 2017 NEC, 2018 IECC, 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code, Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304". City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements”. 3. The site plan submitted shows exterior lighting for the parking lot but no exterior lighting attached to the building. If there is, please show them, provide complete compliance with 2012 City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code. See section 104 for plan submittal requirements. The Outdoor Lighting Code can be downloaded from www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd. 4. Provide references to all Hazardous articles of the NEC where applicable in the power and lighting floorplans. 5. Verify that all new and existing electrical equipment is located and installed per NEC articles 511, and 516, as applicable, including the Paint Booth. Due to the nature of these electrical comments and the requirements to obtain the services of an Electrical Engineer registered in the State of Arizona to perform the design and calculations, additional comments may be generated at the subsequent electrical plan review.
