This site is located in the I-1 zone (UDC 4.7.29). Food Service, Excluding Soup Kitchens is a allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5). 1. As Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-1023-00428 has not yet completed it’s 1st review Zoning is not able to review the building plans for compliance with the DP and will review on the next submittal. 2. Based on the sheet index you will be providing development package sheets in the building set. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped, approved plans, or marked for reference only. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.
