Interior Expansion Area: Please submit drawings that illustrate the demolished area/items such as walls, etc. Submit Electrical drawings illustrating the demolished electrical lines/receptacles, lights, etc on the demolished walls and on ceiling. Electrically, does this mean Anything Wood now have two electrical panels? Please illustrate this on the plans. 2. Is the expansion area using the same HVAC system as the existing Anything Wood tenant space or are there two? Were air diffusers and return grills relocated or added? Please submit drawings that illustrates this. 3. 8 ft tall wall require Structural Engineer design and calculation. Please submit wall detail drawings and calculations. 4. The Code Analysis indicates new sprinkler system. Please add a note in your code analysis that this is a deferred submittal to the Tucson Fire Department. 5. Submit a complete Means of Egress Plan to include all the routes along with their distances at each exit, width of exit and number of occupants exiting. 6. Please resubmit. |
