Submit your revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Building Review Section comments were addressed. COMMENTS:
1. Please locate and label the water fountain enumerated within the Development package as existing to remain as well as within your Code Analysis indicating one is required.
2. Show in your restroom the clearances complying to ICC/ANSI A117.1 section 604.3 Clearances as well as section 404 Doors. (NOTE: Ensure that the required clearances on the accessible route from the front door to the restroom complies to ICC/ANSI A117.1)
3. In the Reception, provide drawings illustrating the work surface or service counter complying to ICC/ANSI A117.1 section 902 specifically the height and width and section 306 Knee and Toe Clearances.
4. From the Scope of Work: "THE STORAGE AND POWDER ROOM AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING WERE ADDED AHEAD OF RECEIVING A PERMIT BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER."Please submit a complete set of drawings (MEP & Architecturally) for this new Storage and Powder Room.
5. Please submit a copy of the draft for the Arizona Department of Health Services operator's license application, this will allow the city to accurately fill the Certificate of Occupancy document.
6. For due dilligence only: Please provide information what is being stored in the new storage addition.
7. Please show your occupant load calculation for each space specially the reception area and office #1. Show the layout for each room on your floor plan to see that the means of egress route is clear. NOTE: Shouldn't office #1 be an assembly space?
8. Please resubmit.
