It looks like I was still unclear with my request/comments. 2. Please rework the file "Resubmission per Structural Requirements_V5. 3. Actual Drawings are necessary similar to your structural engineer' drawings. Generate a Site Plan that our inspectors will be able to use as a map/guide effectively making it easy to navigate the site as to where these repairs are located on site. On the Site Plan locate and label with an arrow, items such as Stone Arch Structural Repair. Locate and label the CMU wall repair at Enchanted Garden. Locate and label with an arrow the electrical panel being removed. Locate and label with an arrow the New electrical panel being proposed, just to list a few. (Make this sheet as the first page of the drawing set). 4. On page 17 of your exhibit, you mentioned Engineer Steven A. Hess's engineer's drawings and structural calculations. Please submit those original drawings & calculations bearing his seal/signature/date signed. The reinforcement of the Stone Arch beam/steel rebars/epoxy anchors, provide detail drawings. (Place these drawings after the Site Plan.) 5. Move the Electrical Drawings after Steven Hess's drawings. 6. Place all of your exhibits at the end. 7. Please resubmit. Exhibits |
