2. Show how the water distribution piping system for the suite will be modified for the installation of the two new water heaters. Reference: Section C404.4 and C404.5, IECC 2018.
3. Clarify the existing gas service for the suite (i.e. 2 PSIG or 7” WG), the changes being made to the system, and the total gas load for the system. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
4. Condensate from the combustion process shall not be discharged to the roof but shall be treated and then discharged to an approved plumbing fixture. Reference: Section 314.1, IPC 2018.
5. A temperature and pressure relief valve shall not discharge onto the roof but shall discharge to a termination point that is observable by the building occupants. Reference: Section 504.6, IPC 2108.
