Electrical Review of RINCON
By: Ron Ross PE
e1.3 electrical power plan - roof: Could not locate Keynote 1.
e1.s electrical power plan - parking: Should call out conduit size for Keynote 1.
e4.1 electrical one line diagram:
Comment: Primary feeder to T1 is way oversized for its purpose and the conductors would not even fit into the 480-volt 50-amp circuit breaker.
T2 is oversized and is being fed by a 200-amp circuit breaker.
T3 is way oversized for its purpose and is being fed by a 100-amp circuit breaker. Circuit breaker could nuisance trip due to large inrush currents.
Comment only: Feeder to CU-2.2 is larger than needed.
Need to show or call out for surge protection for New SES panel per NEC 230.67
