Harrison Rd. - SR Protective Service (government owned and operated only - (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL: July 27, 2023 Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in SR zone (UDC 4.7.4), Multifamily is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-1), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.F. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0623-00276 and although the plans appear to match until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. 2. This comment was not addressed. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set either need to be the stamped approved plans, marked for reference only, or removed from the building set. If you elect to mark for reference only do not mark the utility plans and if you elect to remove the plans leave the utility plans in the so Plumbing can review.
