This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9) and the C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20). Religious Use is a permitted use in this zone, R-2 (Table 4.8-2) & C-1 (Table 4.8-4), C-1 zone subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.O. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0523-00234, and although it appears that the plans are in compliance Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved by all review agencies.
