This site is located in the O-2 zone (UDC 4.7.14). Administrative and Professional Office is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-3), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.J. 1. Per Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.J.2 All land use activities shall be conducted entirely within an enclosed building. The proposed outdoor playground is not allowed and will require a Board of Adjustment for Variance or possibly a Rezoning.
