Please revise the Occupant Load Factor used for Business to 150 SF per person IBC 1004.5 D. Please revise the Occupant Load Factor used for Storage to 300 SF per person IBC 1004.5 E. What is the significance of the bolded Institutional I-1 below The Plumbing Fixtures note 2. Sheet A100: Please either expand the Storage Area to the interior wall identified as Floor plan Keynote #4, or provide a demarcated, minimum 44-inch-wide aisle defined by full- or partial-height fixed walls or similar construction that will maintain the required width and lead directly from the retail area to the exit without obstructions. IBC 1016.2 #6 exception 2.4 3. Sheet A101: Please revise plans to provide a line or other means to show the A-3 and Storage areas. IBC 107.2.1 Additionally, show the Occupant Load Factor, Number of occupants and the square footage of all rooms and spaces. IBC 107.2.3 Additionally, please note or revise the plans to indicate the doors serving a space with ≥ 50 persons swing in the direction of egress travel. IBC 1010.1.2.1and have panic hardware. IBC 1010.1.10 4. Sheet A101: Please revise plans to show which exits are accessible or not accessible and provide signage as indicated in IBC 1112.3 5. Please provide a site plan indicating the accessible parking, and the accessible route to the accessible entry and to the toilet rooms. IEBC 306.7 6. Please amend plans to show how the accessibility elements have been upgraded. IEBC 306.7.1 requires that accessibility be provided to the altered spaces. If these items are not fully compliant, upgrades shall be required in accordance with IEBC.305.7. A. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs. Please provide as-built mechanical plans and demonstrate that the existing mechanical system is adequate to serve the proposed occupancy. b. Provide an outdoor air ventilation schedule that shows how the mechanical system meets the minimum outdoor air ventilation requirements.
