Residential Engineering Review Comments:
1. Site engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-COM-0526-00780 until the associated FPU permit (TE-FPU-0626-00259) is approved.
2. Please update Code Analysis Data summary table on the cover sheet for I.C.C. A117.1 to the currently used 2017 edition.
3. Pedestrian circulation is required to connect all buildings, dumpster areas, common areas, and the sidewalk on all the street frontages per TSM 7-01.3.3.
a. The ADA circulation route to the entrance of the building from required ADA parking space must maintain a clear marked 4’ path to accessible entrances. Please revise/remove obstructions to demonstrate this requirement.
4. Site plan (Sheet T1.1) – demonstrate that vertical separation requirements are met per TSM 7-01.4.2 between the PAAL’s and pedestrian path. The TC vs FS elevations should demonstrate that the vehicle use area is effectively contained as required. [UDC 7.4.6.H].
