| 08/13/2026 | Site Engineering Standard | PENDING ASSIGNMENT | Permit Activity Number: TC-COM-0526-00780 Project: Commercial Alteration/Addition Location: 1500 N ORACLE RD Review Date: 8/13/2026 Reviewer: Joe Macaulay – Civil Engineer - Site Engineering Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. For facilitating a shorter review time, please provide updated plans and calculations with a written response to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Do not cloud the changes made for comment updates; revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued. Provide a response letter addressing each comment with location of change on the plans. Submit the separate response letter and plan set files. Residential Engineering Review Comments: 1. Site engineering will be unable to approve permit TC-COM-0526-00780 until the associated FPU permit (TE-FPU-0626-00259) is approved. 2. Please update Code Analysis Data summary table on the cover sheet for I.C.C. A117.1 to the currently used 2017 edition. 3. Pedestrian circulation is required to connect all buildings, dumpster areas, common areas, and the sidewalk on all the street frontages per TSM 7-01.3.3. a. The ADA circulation route to the entrance of the building from required ADA parking space must maintain a clear marked 4’ path to accessible entrances. Please revise/remove obstructions to demonstrate this requirement. 4. Site plan (Sheet T1.1) – demonstrate that vertical separation requirements are met per TSM 7-01.4.2 between the PAAL’s and pedestrian path. The TC vs FS elevations should demonstrate that the vehicle use area is effectively contained as required. [UDC 7.4.6.H].
