Previous comments have not been addressed. The changes identified in the response letter are not reflected on the plumbing sheets.

Previous comments:
1. The water meter serving this tenant space appears to be 1”, rather than the 2” meter shown on Sheet P1.0. Shell permit TC-COM-0725-01290 (Sheet P0.2) indicates a 1” meter serving this space. Please clarify the correct meter size and revise the plans as necessary. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2024.
2. Please show there are metering faucets for the lavatories dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10 seconds. Reference: Section 412.13, IPC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
3. A service sink is required in accordance with Table 2902.1. Please show on the plans. Reference: Section 2902.1, IBC 2024.
4. An additional submeter and backflow preventer have been added, which were not included in the water calculations under the shell permit (TC-COM-0725-01290). Demonstrate that the proposed water distribution system is adequately sized, accounting for pressure losses through the added equipment. The available water pressure in this area appears to range from approximately 46.04 psi to 53.04 psi as well. Reference: section 604.1, IPC 2024.
