1. The new, underground fire water pipe, is considered a Grounding Electrode per NEC 250.52(A)(1). This Grounding Electrode must be bonded to the existing building Grounding Electrode System, per NEC 250.50. See also 250.24(A)(1).
2. Show, also, that the existing metal fire sprinkler water pipes remain bonded to the System Grounding, NEC 250.104(A).

1. Comment: Site zoning has reviewed the plans for compliance with the associated Development Package (DP) TD-DEV-0324-00070. While it appears the building plans match the DP, Site Zoning cannot approve this permit until the revised DP is approved by all review agencies.
2. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on responses to zoning comments and plans submitted.
