The plans shall identify all existing mechanical equipment, ceiling supply diffusers, return air grilles, exhaust fans (with the rated CFM), etc. (IBC 2024, Section 107.2.1) b. Provide an outdoor air ventilation schedule. Show how the proposed mechanical system meets the minimum outdoor air ventilation and exhaust airflow requirements. (IMC 2024, Section 403.3.1.1) c. Please demonstrate that cat lounge areas are provided with exhaust ventilation in accordance with Table 403.3.1.1. |
