If the registrant is not a registered electrical engineer, the registrant must be qualified to perform such work per A.A.C. R4-30-302 and the electrical work must be incidental to the work of the registrant’s profession for the project per A.R.S. 32-143. (Incidental is defined as minor electrical work that is a result of the work of the registrant’s profession for the project). a. The provided scope of work does not meet the definition of ‘incidental’. The electrical sheets must be sealed by an Arizona Registered Electrical Engineer. 3. The chemicals used must be classified per the NEC chapter 5 for hazardous locations. Provide a classification for each chemical being used, and if necessary, show the classification Zones and locations per NEC chapter 5. 4. Clarify the scope of manufacturing and this space is a Special Occupancy per NEC chapter 5. Additional comments may be forthcoming with the review of Engineered Electrical sheets. |
