1. Power cannot be provided to a vacant lot unless there is a Development Package associated with the space, such as for a food truck court. This permit will not be approved until an approved Development Package is provided.
2. Show all wiring methods in detail for all new branch circuit conductors and feeders. Conductor type and conduit size/type. Note wet use requirements. NEC arts;300 and 408.4.
3. Provide a panel schedule, showing the circuits that are being added. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1.
4. Update the electrical site plans and designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new electrical outlet point. Designate the type of outlet it is, i.e. – receptacle, light, etc.., NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1.
