EXISTING PERMIT: The duplicate permit is: TC-COM-1125-02120. We are unable to have two active permits with the same scope of work. You will need to withdraw one of the Permits before going forward. Once you withdraw a permit, do not apply for a new permit. Please resubmit using the remaining permit. This permit will need to follow the 2024 IRC with this new permit. The old permit will have to follow the 2018 IBC.
