If the plans and description are both incorrect, you will need to submit a response letter and corrected plans. If unit 16 is not an approved address with Pima County, you will need to contact them: contact Pima County Addressing at addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 to verify the unit number before applying for a request change of address.
