2. Please amend plans to include a list of the year and name of the adopted applicable codes from the adopting ordinance. IBC 107.2.1 For example,
2018 International Building Code (IBC),
2018 International Existing Building Code (IEBC)
2024 International Fire Code (IFC)
2018 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC)
3. Please provide a plan view drawing of the upper patio showing that is a patio, or if it has been converted into a bedroom or other use, please provide complete design and drawings showing the new construction. IBC 107.2.1
4. Please provide construction drawings depicting the construction to take place with this permit. IBC 107.2.1 Please include the following, at a minimum
A. Framing details, material types and properties, fastening details. IBC Chapter 23
B. Provide details of the required weather-resistant exterior wall envelope. IBC 1402.2 Additionally, provide materials as directed by IBC 1403
C. Provide flashing details showing it will be installed in such a manner so as to prevent moisture from entering the wall or to redirect that moisture to the exterior. IBC 1404.4
D. Amend the plans to include insulation installation details. IECC C402.2.2 & Table C402.1.3

Please submit all the same materials under the Historic sub-record in a single compressed pdf file to apply for a SD #. Review fees will be invoiced for payment.
