Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. ROOF A: a. Roof A uses two addresses (735 N Alder Av and 739 N Alder Av). i. Since your drawing uses 735 N Alder Av, we propose to continue using this address for this roofing permit. 1. We will process this permit using this permit TC-COM-0525-01041 (735 N ALDER AV TUCSON, AZ 85705) 2. APPLY FOR ADDITIONAL SEPARATE PERMITS: a. Roof C and D i. Please submit a separate permit for the following. 1. Rood D is an accessory to Roof C. The address 738 N Main Av is assigned to Roof C, therefore use 738 N Main Av for you new separate permit application for these two structures. ii. ******NOTE: WE CANNOT FIND A LEGAL PERMIT FOR THE ROOF D STRUCTURE. Should you have a copy of the permit for this structure, please submit it with your application. 1. Should there be not permit, please submit a set of drawings for a new structure for the D building, this will be necessary to make it legal. This will also make it necessary to start a totally separate permit, separate permit from roof C (a fourth permit). b. Roof B uses the address 740 N Main Av. i. Please submit for a new separate permit application for this roof install using the above address. 3. Please submit for two additional separate permits.
