When filing for the FPU permit ensure to upload a cost estimate breakdown of labor, materials, and any associated administrate fees or warranties. Site engineering will be unable to review the commercial building permit until the FPU is reviewed and approved
2. The associated Development package must be approved by all review agencies before site engineering can approve this building permit.

This site is located in the R-2 & C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.9 & 4.7.20). Religious Use is a permitted use in the zones (UDC Table 4.8-2 & 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.O.

1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP) TD-DEV-0425-00119 and although the plans appear to be in compliance until the following comment is addressed and the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building permit.

COMMENTS: the following comments are relative to an application for Architectural Documentation prior to demolition of historic buildings (UDC 3.12.1).

2. This comment was not addressed. The Pima County Assessor’s effective construction date for your building or structure is 1960. The actual construction date may be earlier.
Buildings, portions of buildings or structures that are 50 years of age or older must be architecturally documented prior to demolition. Documentation will be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Office before a permit is issued.
