COMMENTS:

1. The letter from KC Mechanical appears to reference a different permit related to the Starr Pass Guest Rooms. The project number shown on the letter is 24195, while the project number on the current plan set is 24196. Also, Sheets M1.0 and M1.1 of the current plan set indicate that the existing VAV terminal units and air devices are to be balanced. Please provide an air balance report for the current project. Reference: Section 608.1, IMC 2024, as amended by the City of Tucson.
