Please submit the following: Awnings & canopies shall comply to the fire propagation performance criteria Test 1 or 2 of NFPA 701 and Flame Spread Index not greater than 25 per ASTM E84 or UL 723 and comply to NFPA 286 per IBC 3105.3 5. This site is located in the MH-1 (UDC 4.7.10). A Mobile Home Park is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-5. 1. The unapproved sheet 3 of TD-DEV-0225-00046 that was submitted does not match the approved stamped DP. The submitted sheet 3 clearly identifies the shade structure with “LOCATION OF PROPOSED SHADE STRUCTURE”, this annotation is not shown on the approved DP along with the proposed square footage and height.
