i. The City of Tucson adopted the ICC 2018 International Building Code.
ii. Please remove any entries related to 2000 IBC CABO.

i. We understand that you will be using the occupancy group G – Business.
1. The City will enter into the Certificate of Occupancy Document “Professional Services Business” per IBC 304.1 Business Group B.
a. Should you agree to this, please add it into your code study section.
c. Means of Egress
i. The city concurs with your analysis of requiring 2 exits since you have an occupant load of over 50.
ii. Exit at the Break room 106.

Lavatory shall be maximum 34 inches above floor to the higher of the rim or counter surface, faucets and soap dispenser shall have a reach depth of 11 inches per ICC A117.1 section 606. Lavatory faucet operator shall also be metered & shall dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Verify that the faucet cycle will last for at least 10-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 412.11 & 419.6, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09. 2. Provide tempered water for the lavatory using an approved device conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 419.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018. Water supply and drain pipes under lavatories shall be insulated to protect against contact per ANSI 606.6 complying to clearances shown on Figure 606.3 ICC A117.1
