NEW AC SYSTEM ii. REPLACE ALL EXISTING MECHANICAL DISTRIBUTION. iii. REPLACE EXISTING EXHAUST FANS f. Bathroom PLUMBING i. REMOVE/REPLACE EXISTING PLUMBING FIXTURES ii. REPLACE WATER HEATER. g. ELECTRICAL i. REPLACE EXISTING ELECTRIC FIXTURES AND DISTRIBUTION ii. EXISTING MULTI-METER SERVICE ENTRANCE TO REMAIN 2. The valuation you provided to execute all of the above items for a two-story structure with 14 dwellings is $30,000. ($2,000 for each dwelling) a.
