Spash Pad Section, second #3. Pad Drain Section, 4. Spash Pad Section. i. There are two number 3 drawings. 1. Please correct this. ii. Please correct the spelling for Splash Pad (you have it as Spash). iii. The callout on drawing 1 Splash Pad Plan are both pointing to the same drawing 1/SP-1. 1. Please correct this. iv. The sheet is void of information. 1. Please identify the parts of the installation. a. If your drawing 4 Spah Pad Section is illustrating the Fill N’ Spill element please locate and label it. i. Please do this in both the Splash Pad Section and the Splash Pad Plan. Identify all the parts. ii. Do the same with drawing 3 Pad Drain Section. Identify the parts that are being installed similar to your drawing 2 on sheet SP-3 Fill N’ Spill Foundation Elevation. iii. Where is the Touch & Go Activator. Locate and label this in your plans. 2. Rules and regulations be posted in a conspicuous location. a. Provide information being provided and locate label in your plans. 3. Access to a water fountain. a. Locate and label on your plan. 4. Access to restrooms. a. Locate and label on your plan. 5. Emergency medical first aid kit shall be readily accessible. a. Locate and label on your plan or provide location. 6. Warnings a. Provide what is being provided. b. Locate and label location on your plan. 7. Is there barrier/gate(s) being installed, if so please show it on your drawings. 8. All equipment grounded. a. Ensure grounding is provided on every parts of this installation. 9. Per Arizona Administrative Code R18-5-218. Lighting a. A public or semipublic facility and adjacent deck areas shall be lighted by natural or artificial means when they are in use. b. A public or semipublic facility that is intended to be used at night shall be equipped with artificial lighting that is designed and spaced so that all parts may be seen without glare. c. Please provide a special inspection certificate form with Part A, and Part B completed with next submittal.
