Fasteners are identified in Detail G4, Note 8A. However, reviewer was unable to confirm the sheathing material and thickness or the required spacing of edge boundary fasteners. Please confirm where this information has been provided. 5. Sheet S1 / A1 - Alteration Plan / Location of Mechanical Units: The location of Rooftop Unit #6 shown in the Architectural and Structural Plan does not match the location shown in the HVAC Plan on Sheet M-1.1. Please coordinate the location of mechanical units with all disciplines and revise drawings to be consistent. The site is in the C-3 zone (UDC 4.7.22). General Merchandise Sales is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4-8-4) 1. Sheet C-1 Keynote 9 calls out “INSTALL NEW RAILING” at a proposed ADA Ramp, Keynote 6. Provide a detail that clearly demonstrates that all requirements of ICC A117.1, Section 405 & 505 are met. 2. Sheet C-1 Keynote2 calls out “NEW DUMPSTER LOCATION”. The addition of a new dumpster requires a new site plan, UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, reconfiguration of an area outside a building.. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
