This site resides within the High School Wash floodplain that is designated as a FEMA AE zone. Due to floodplain, it will be required that a separate floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain be submitted. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the “sub-records” tab of this commercial permit on TDC online. a. For the FPU permit submission, provide all construction documents similar to what was provide within this commercial permit submission 2. Site Engineering will require the submission and approval of the associated floodplain use permit prior to approval to permit TC-COM-0525-00907 3. Provide a supplemental dimensioned site plan to show exactly where this carport will be on site as well as showing all corresponding setbacks and referencing to everything that exists on the site.
