Due to floodplain, it will be required that a separate floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain be submitted. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the “sub-records” tab of this commercial permit on TDC online. a. For the FPU permit submission, provide all construction documents similar to what was provide within this commercial permit submission 2.
